My Giveaway Rules and Regulations:

First of all, your e-mail will never be shown, and will be kept private.  It will be used only to contact you should you win.  Giveaways are open to anyone with a U.S. shipping address, unless stated otherwise.  No purchases are necessary to win.

Winners are selected using Rafflecopter or random.org.  Winners will be announced on my blog, and Facebook page.  Winners will also be notified by e-mail.  Winners must respond within 24 hours, or a new winner will be chosen.  I am not responsible for lost, mis-directed, or deleted notification e-mails, to include notification e-mails inadvertently or intentionally re-directed to junk or spam folders.

The use of any automated entry software, or any entries submitted through any other mechanical, electrical, or robotic means are prohibited.  These entries will be deleted.  Fraudulent entries, to include incomplete entries or entries that cannot be verified with the information provided by the entrant will be deleted.  It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to provide adequate and accurate information for entry verification.  I will do my very best to verify all entries, but it is dependent on the information provided by the entrant.

Adventures in Mani-land and the owner (and any sponsors, if applicable) are not responsible for late or lost entries, electronic, hardware, software, communications, or computer malfunctions.  Adventures in Mani-land and the owner are not responsible for any losses, injuries, damages, or errors caused by events beyond the control of Adventures in Mani-land, the owner, and any sponsors, if applicable, to include prize(s) lost or damaged in shipment.  All federal, state, local, or international taxes associated with the prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Your entry in any giveaways presented through this website constitutes your release of Adventures in Mani-land, the owner, and any sponsors, if applicable, from any and all liability, and your waiver of any and all causes of action, related to claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or delivery, mis-delivery, or acceptance of any prize(s), without limitation, including claims, costs, injuries, losses, and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional, and without limitation.
